Oracle Solaris 11 Security Evaluation

Oracle Solaris 11 is currently in evaluation under the Canadian Common Criteria Scheme at Evaluation Assurance Level 4 (EAL4) and augmented by flaw remediation (EAL4+). EAL4+ is the highest level of evaluation that can be achieved for commercial software. EAL4 is also the highest level of evaluation mutually recognized by 26 countries under the Common Criteria Recognition Arrangement (CCRA).

The evaluation is being conducted against the Operating System Protection Profile (OS PP) and includes the following four optional extended packages:
